1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any NextMile Labs workshop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Workshop Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment via Razorpay
• You will receive a Zoom link via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment
• Each registration is for one individual only and is non-transferable
• Minimum age to register: 16 years

3. Workshop Conduct

• Participants must join on time. Late entry may disrupt live sessions
• Participants must maintain respectful conduct toward the mentor and other participants
• Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund
• Recording of workshop sessions is strictly prohibited without written permission from NextMile Labs
• Workshop materials (slides, datasets, handouts) are for personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially

4. Certificate of Participation

• A digital certificate will be issued to participants who attend at least 80% of the workshop duration
• Certificates are issued within 48 hours of workshop completion
• Certificates are issued in the name provided at registration — ensure your name is correct before submitting
• NextMile Labs certificates are self-issued participation certificates and are not affiliated with any university or government body

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, curriculum, slides, and materials are the intellectual property of NextMile Labs and/or the respective mentor. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

NextMile Labs is not liable for any loss of income, career outcome, or indirect consequence resulting from attendance or non-attendance of a workshop. Our maximum liability is limited to the workshop fee paid by you.

7. Rescheduling by NextMile Labs

In rare cases (mentor unavailability, technical issues, force majeure), NextMile Labs may reschedule a workshop. Registered participants will be notified at least 48 hours in advance. Full refunds are available if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

Refund Schedule

Full refund (100%)

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your registration more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop start time. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.

No refund — seat transfer offered

If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop, or if you do not attend (no-show), no refund will be issued. However, we will transfer your paid seat to the next available batch of the same workshop at no additional cost. This transfer is valid for 90 days from the original workshop date.

Technical issues on our end

If a workshop is cancelled or cannot be delivered due to reasons on our end (mentor unavailability, platform failure), you will receive a full refund or free transfer to the next batch — your choice.

Workshop rescheduled by NextMile Labs

If we reschedule a workshop and you cannot attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Email hello@nextmilelabs.in with subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your full name, registered email, and Razorpay payment ID
• We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days

Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please email us first — we resolve most issues within 48 hours. If unresolved, you may raise a dispute through Razorpay's resolution process.
