NextMile Labs ("we", "our", "us") operates the website nextmilelabs.in. We collect personal information (name, email, phone, college) when you register for workshops, apply to be an ambassador or mentor, or contact us. This information is used solely to process your registration, issue certificates, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide our services (e.g., Supabase for database, Zoom for workshop delivery). You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@nextmilelabs.in. We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. This may collect anonymised usage data per Google's privacy policy.

By registering for a NextMile Labs workshop, you agree to: (1) Attend the session you registered for at the scheduled time. (2) Not record, redistribute, or share workshop content without written permission. (3) Treat mentors and fellow participants with respect. (4) Provide accurate information during registration. Certificates are issued only to participants who attend the full session. NextMile Labs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with 24-hour notice. In case of cancellation by NextMile Labs, a full refund or session credit will be offered.

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session: Full refund issued within 5-7 business days. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: Session credit issued (valid for 6 months). No-shows: No refund or credit. Sessions cancelled by NextMile Labs: Full refund or credit as chosen by the participant.
